DELIVERY/ NON_DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Without prejudice to condition 5 above, regarding the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances in this case, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product (s) listed on the Order Confirmation by delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date has been set, within the estimated time period shown when choosing a payment method, and in any case within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is done through the carrier cooperating with us and their shipping time in Greece is between three and four (3-5) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation.
International shipping is made by Hellenic Post www.elta.gr, is always registered and the tracking number is sent to your mail as soon as the parcel has been handed. Please estimate to receive it within 21 days. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
However, delays can occur in cases such as, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund.
For the purposes of these Terms, "Delivery" will be deemed to have taken place or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, he will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to pick it up and will contact you by phone. PAYMENTS

RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period shall expire after the expiry of 7 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. Our company will refund the payment we have received from you by bank transfer, after deducting the return costs (same as on the post receipt or courier if within Greece). In any case, you will not be charged any additional costs for this return except the shipping costs. Shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable. The credit is made without delay, usually in 2-3 days and in any case within 7 days from the day of receipt of the products to be returned.
You will be instructed to return and deliver the products to us. In case the purchase was made in Greece, you should call the carrier that cooperates with us, in order to receive the products from you and return them to the headquarters of our company.
Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal are:

In case the product you received is proven to be defective from its manufacture, then: for clothes, shoes, clothing accessories you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and / or the issuance of a credit invoice, or interest-free Refund of the money paid if the product you want to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than five (5) days after receipt.
For CHANGE (non-defective product) you will be charged the return costs and the costs of the new shipment.. The CHANGE period expires after the expiration of 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired the physical possession or control of the products.
